Database disclosure via concatenated report parameters
Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Aug 4, 2026
SQL injection in Koha affected releases allows remote authenticated users to read database data through the staff reports interface. The calculate subroutine in reports/bor_issues_top.pl concatenates unvalidated Criteria, Filter, and Limit parameters into SQL identifiers, quoted predicates, and a LIMIT clause. Access requires an authenticated staff account with the reports module permission, exposing tables reachable by the Koha database user.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
