Database disclosure via unparameterized report SQL

SQL injection in Koha reports/issues_avg_stats.pl allows remote authenticated users with reports access to read database data. The calculate routine inserts Line and Column values into SQL identifier clauses and concatenates Filter values into quoted expressions without validation or bound parameters. A staff account with reports-module permission is required, and successful injection exposes tables accessible to the Koha database user, including patron, API-key, and session data.
