Server-side code execution via unrestricted PHP upload
Published Sep 29, 2026 · Updated Sep 29, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Toptech Systems TMS7 and Tophat 7.6.3 allows attackers to execute PHP code on the server. The TMS file upload endpoint does not enforce server-side file-type restrictions, so it accepts PHP files that the web server executes. The supplied advisory does not establish whether upload requires authentication or how Tophat reaches the affected endpoint.
