Code execution via URL-controlled NODE_OPTIONS

Code injection in Microsoft Visual Studio Code before 1.132.1 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted VS Code web URL. In the web deployment path, URL-supplied workbench state reaches remote extension host and integrated terminal startup, where untrusted NODE_OPTIONS is accepted and later executed by Node.js. Exploitation requires a user to open the attacker-controlled link and later run a Node-based command in that session; the published mechanism is tied to VS Code web deployments rather than ordinary local editing alone.
