Administrator-context script execution via unescaped logging filename

Stored cross-site scripting in the MaxSite CMS Antispam Plugin 109.0 through 109.3 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. The plugin_antispam settings form inserts the stored f_logging_file option directly into an HTML input value without htmlspecialchars() encoding. Administrative access is required to save and revisit the crafted value, so script execution occurs in the same administrator's browser context.
