Unauthenticated code execution via process-hook configuration

Command injection in Sipeed PicoClaw 0.2.0 through 0.2.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the Web Launcher. The management plane writes attacker-controlled hooks.processes[*].command values to config.json, then /api/gateway/restart starts the command as a process hook. Exploitation requires -public exposure, an accessible same-CIDR deployment with an empty allowed_cidrs list, or an attacker address within the allowed range.
