Authenticated template injection via unsanitized Jinja2 content

Server-side template injection in AstrBot 4.22.0 through 4.22.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute Jinja2 expressions. The Dashboard API's create and update routes write attacker-supplied content as template files without validation, and network_strategy.py forwards the full strings to the configured renderer. The default renderer's sandbox limits observed impact to expression evaluation and resource exhaustion; code execution requires an unsandboxed renderer.
