Administrator server-originated requests via attacker-controlled update URL
Published Apr 25, 2026 · Updated Apr 25, 2026
Server-side request forgery in Pagekit 1.0.0 through 1.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to make server-originated requests. The /index.php/admin/system/update/download handler accepts the url argument as the download destination without restricting the requested destination. Administrator privileges are required, and the resulting request can reach resources accessible from the Pagekit server rather than directly from the caller's network position.
