Arbitrary file write via unchecked destination paths

Path traversal in AWS tough before 0.22.0 and tuftool before 0.15.0 allows remote authenticated users to write files outside output directories. The copy_target and link_target methods accept absolute target names, while save_target and SignedRole::write follow symlinked path components without verifying that the resolved destination remains contained. Delegated signing authority is required, and crafted metadata can overwrite files accessible to the consuming client account.
