SYSTEM code execution via writable OpenSSL path

Uncontrolled search path in Invicti Security Acunetix 25.11.251107123 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The SYSTEM-level wvsc.exe engine loads OpenSSL-related files from a hardcoded build directory that is absent by default and creatable by low-privileged users. A local user can create that hierarchy and place a malicious file at the expected path, gaining full control of the host when the engine processes it.
