Unauthenticated command execution via shell metacharacter bypass

OS command injection in radare2-mcp 1.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary host commands through JSON-RPC. The JSON-RPC interface passes user-controlled parameters to r2_cmd_str(), where shell metacharacters bypass the command filter and reach the host shell. No authentication is required when an exposed MCP endpoint accepts the crafted request, and commands run with the server process's privileges.
