Subscriber-level PHP execution via namespace substitution

Code injection in Premmerce Dev Tools 2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP through plugin generation. The generatePluginHandler function accepts POST data without authorization, while createFromStub inserts the premmerce_plugin_namespace value into PHP stubs without sanitization before writing them under wp-content/plugins. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to create a web-accessible plugin file and run injected code with the web server process's privileges.
