Authenticated RCE via baseURL string injection
Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Aug 4, 2026
Code injection in Flowise before 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted baseURL value. AgentAsTool, ChatflowTool, and ExecuteFlow interpolate baseURL into JavaScript source after URL-only validation, allowing string breakout inside vm2. An authenticated session and a vulnerable custom-tool flow are required; sandbox escape runs commands with the Flowise process user's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
