Authenticated secret exfiltration via unprotected OAuth2 refresh

SSRF in Flowise before 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to exfiltrate OAuth2 secrets through the token refresh endpoint. The refresh handler loads a credential-controlled accessTokenUrl and posts client and refresh secrets with raw axios, then returns the target's response body in tokenInfo. Exploitation requires permission to create or update an OAuth2 credential and knowledge of its UUID; the result is secret disclosure and access to services reachable by the Flowise server.
