SSRF via noncanonical transport host interpretation

SSRF in Guzzle before 7.15.2 and Guzzle 8.0.0 allows remote attackers to reach hosts excluded by application checks via crafted URIs. The cURL handlers pass the URI unchanged to libcurl while sending a separate Host header, allowing percent decoding or IDNA mapping to change the connection authority after application validation. Exploitation requires an application to accept an attacker-influenced URI and make a host-based access decision before Guzzle sends it; exposed responses can be read, and proxy or credential-routing decisions can also diverge.
