Cookie disclosure and fixation via noncanonical domains

Cookie scope validation in Guzzle 7.15.1 and earlier and 8.0.0 allows remote attackers to disclose or plant cookies via crafted hostnames. SetCookie::matchesDomain() tests raw Domain text before transport canonicalization, so hexadecimal, mixed-base, and percent-escaped addresses retain subdomain scope. Exploitation requires enabled cookie support, a noncanonical origin spelling, and access to a matching private, split-horizon, or container-zone hostname.
