CVE-2026-6923

ECDH key extraction via physical side channel

Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026

Physical side-channel exposure in Nuvoton NPCT7xx firmware before 7.2.4.0 allows physically proximate attackers to extract ECDH keys. Nuvoton identifies the affected component as Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman keys but has not published the measured signal or vulnerable cryptographic operation. Exploitation requires physical presence at the TPM, high privileges, and high attack complexity; the reported consequence is key disclosure only.
