Server-side request forgery in Apache Allura before 1.19.1 allows attackers to direct webhook requests to private network addresses. The create and edit forms accepted hook_url values without NonPrivateUrl checks, and the sender passed stored URLs to requests.post without revalidation. Exploitation requires control of a project webhook configuration and a repository event that fires it, allowing server-originated POST requests to internal HTTP services.
