Client crash via unchecked planar raw-byte count

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP before 3.29.0 allows remote attackers to crash a client via a crafted planar bitmap update. In libfreerdp/codec/planar.c, planar_decompress_plane_rle and planar_decompress_plane_rle_only check only that the control byte is present, then trust its 0-15 raw-byte count and read those bytes from pSrcData without verifying the remaining source length. Reachability is post-connection: a malicious or compromised RDP server must get a client to connect, after which a truncated bitmap or surface update can interrupt the session and may disclose adjacent memory.
