Cross-site scripting in Angular before 20.3.27, 21.2.19, and 22.0.1 allows attackers to execute JavaScript via translation files. The compiler's i18n metadata path accepts on-prefixed event-handler attributes for translation, allowing localized text to replace a static handler with executable code. Exploitation requires an internationalized static handler, attacker influence over a translation file, and passive user interaction; code executes in the application's domain.
