Cross-channel message deletion via mismatched permission scope

Authorization bypass in Spacebar Server before commit 8d126f4 allows remote authenticated users to delete messages across channels. The single-delete handler fetches and deletes by global message ID, while bulk delete accepts raw IDs; both check MANAGE_MESSAGES against the URL channel rather than each message's channel. MANAGE_MESSAGES in any controlled channel is sufficient to destroy arbitrary messages instance-wide without configuration changes.
