File read and write via unchecked static calls

Code injection in Grav 2.0.7 through 2.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to read or write server files via page fields. Blueprint::isSafeDynamicCall() skips its dangerous-callable check for strings containing '::' and passes them to call_user_func_array(). An account with admin.pages rights can choose public static methods and arguments, exposing readable files to visitors or altering writable paths.
