Phishing redirects via user-controlled Twig form values

Open redirect in GetGrav Grav Form Plugin before 9.1.13 allows remote attackers to send form users to external phishing sites. The redirect process action resolves attacker-controlled form.value() data inside a Twig target, then Grav::redirect() accepts the resulting external URL without an origin check. When an administrator has configured such a dynamic redirect on a public form, an unauthenticated submission returns a 302 response that can carry a visitor to an attacker-controlled site.
