Cross-notebook data access via unguarded SQL execution

SQL injection in SiYuan before 3.7.3 allows remote attackers to read or modify cross-notebook asset data through the publish API. The fullTextSearchAssetContent endpoint passes method 2 queries directly to a read-write SQLite handle and concatenates method 3 expressions into REGEXP clauses without quote escaping. Publish RoleReader access is sufficient, and no authentication is required when publish authentication is disabled; successful requests can read, modify, or delete stored asset content.
