CVE-2026-6900Network attack vector

Information disclosure and identity spoofing via LDAP nonvalidation

Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026

Improper certificate validation in B&R APROL before R 4.4-01P5 allows remote attackers to disclose data or spoof identities via LDAP. The LDAP Server Connector accepts an LDAP server TLS certificate without proper validation, enabling an adversary-in-the-middle to intercept confidential data or impersonate the directory service. Exploitation requires a network position that permits interception of the connector's LDAP traffic; no service interruption or code execution is attributed to this flaw.
