Authorized RCE via exposed service method
Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 25, 2026
Remote code execution in Microsoft Azure Confidential Ledger allows remote authenticated users to execute code over the network. Microsoft has disclosed only that the hosted service exposes a dangerous method or function to authorized callers; no public advisory, CNA record, or patch detail identifies the specific endpoint, API, or operation. Exploitation therefore appears to require valid access to the service, but successful abuse reaches a changed-scope service context with confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Published CVSS scores
CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.
Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
