SQL injection in Ellucian Advance Web and Legacy Advance before AWA-2022-ORA-17 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The Giving Reports functionality incorporates a crafted SQL query from the class credit field into a database operation without adequately neutralizing SQL syntax. A valid application account is required, and no user interaction is needed; successful exploitation extracts sensitive database information.
