Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft SQL Server 2017, 2019, 2022, and 2025 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. Microsoft identifies the defect as a heap overrun but has not disclosed the affected function, input field, or operation that mishandles attacker-controlled data.
