User impersonation via improper signature verification
Published Aug 12, 2026 · Updated Aug 12, 2026
Improper signature checks in JFrog Artifactory before 7.146.35 and 7.161.0 through 7.161.15 allow remote authenticated users to impersonate users. JFrog identifies improper cryptographic-signature verification but has not disclosed the affected request, token field, or validation logic. Exploitation requires a valid integration credential and permits use of another user's identity and associated privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
