Cross-site scripting via unsanitized Twig filter input

Cross-site scripting in Drupal Obfuscate before 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to execute script through filtered content. The module's Twig filter renders attacker-controlled input into ROT13 email-obfuscation output without sufficient sanitization. Exploitation requires ROT13 encoding, attacker-controlled content processed by the Twig filter, and user interaction; script runs in the viewer's browser.
