Administrator-session script execution via unescaped page parameter

Reflected XSS in Codeboxr CBX 5 Star Rating & Review 1.0.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via the page parameter. The rating-average and review-log admin templates read page from the request and place it into generated markup without adequate sanitization or escaping. Execution requires an administrator to open a crafted link, after which the script runs in the administrator's browser session with that session's privileges.
