TLS service interruption via unbounded SNI cache

Resource exhaustion in Eclipse Vert.x 4.3.4 through 4.5.26 and 5.0.0 through 5.0.11 allows remote attackers to interrupt TLS services. The server-side SNI SslContext cache uses computeIfAbsent on each attacker-controlled matching hostname without a size bound, TTL, or eviction. Exploitation requires server-side SNI with wildcard or broad hostname mappings and causes retained contexts and rising memory use.
