Restricted-document disclosure via unchecked heading transactions

Missing authorization in SiYuan before 3.7.3 allows remote attackers to read publish-disabled documents through heading transaction endpoints. The getHeadingDeleteTransaction, getHeadingLevelTransaction, and getHeadingInsertTransaction handlers render a heading subtree into returned operation data without applying the publish-access filter. Anonymous publish access or a RoleReader token and a known heading block ID are sufficient; the path discloses full rendered content but does not modify data.
