Local PostgreSQL disclosure via permissive backup archive

Information disclosure in ansible-collection-redhat-leapp on RHEL 9 and 10 allows local users to read archived PostgreSQL data. The remediation task selected by leapp_old_postgresql_data creates the PostgreSQL backup archive with permissions that permit non-root access. Exposure requires an administrator to run the remediation with elevated privileges and select that option; the consequence is read-only disclosure of the resulting archive.
