Connection drop via STUN length wraparound

Integer overflow in coturn before 4.15.0 allows remote attackers to drop their own TCP or TLS STUN connection via a crafted body length. In stun_get_message_len_str() in src/client/ns_turn_msg.c, a uint16_t length variable adds STUN_HEADER_LENGTH to an attacker-supplied 16-bit body length and wraps to 4 through 16, so the framing layer consumes too few bytes and misparses the remaining stream. No STUN authentication is required, but the effect is limited to the attacking client's session; other clients and the server process are not affected.
