CVE-2026-68535Network attack vector

Restricted file disclosure via skipped block validation

Published Sep 11, 2026 · Updated Sep 11, 2026

Missing authorization in Concrete CMS 9.2.0 through 9.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to expose restricted file references. The Area API block-create endpoint stores file IDs without calling the block controller's validate() method, bypassing file-manager visibility checks. Exploitation requires block-add scope; public storage reveals URLs and previews to editors and page visitors, while private storage retains download authorization.
