Wi-Fi scan denial via power-state race

Race condition in the mwifiex Wi-Fi driver in Linux allows local users to permanently interrupt Wi-Fi scanning during repeated roaming. mwifiex_ret_802_11_associate() forces ps_state to AWAKE when an association response races with EVENT_SLEEP, overwriting PRE_SLEEP and suppressing the deferred sleep confirmation. The demonstrated condition requires IW412 hardware, host_mlme enabled, and association timing that permits a sleep event; W8997 and host_mlme=false did not reproduce it.
