Local denial of service via cached write deadlock

Deadlock in the Linux F2FS implementation allows local users to hang filesystem tasks by writing to a nearly full F2FS volume. The F2FS writeback path retains DATA folios in cached, unsubmitted bios, then enters garbage collection and waits on those same folios instead of draining the bios first. Exploitation requires unprivileged local write access to a nearly full F2FS volume; the resulting lock cycle leaves filesystem and sync tasks blocked indefinitely.
