Kernel panic via unchecked NULL partition UUID

NULL-pointer dereference in the ARM FF-A driver in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to panic the kernel via a NULL UUID. The ffa_partition_info_get() function passes uuid_str to uuid_parse() without checking for NULL, and uuid_is_valid() then dereferences it. Reachability requires an on-host caller able to invoke the ARM FF-A partition-info path with an unsupported NULL partition UUID; the bounded result is a kernel panic and service interruption.
