Local kernel crash via unset redirect context

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 4.4 through 7.1.5 allows local users to crash the system through a qdisc eBPF redirect. The net/sched qdisc classifiers fail to handle TC_ACT_REDIRECT; after bpf_net_context moved into task_struct, bpf_redirect() dereferences an unset context in bpf_net_ctx_get_ri(). Exploitation requires a TC filter in a qdisc filter chain to return TC_ACT_REDIRECT through an eBPF program or act_bpf action; the clsact fast path is unaffected.
