Local system crash via unchecked HE capability pointer

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel mt7925 Wi-Fi driver from 6.7 allows local users to crash systems through affected hardware. The mt7925_mcu_bss_he_tlv function dereferences the HE PHY capability returned by mt76_connac_get_he_phy_cap without first checking for NULL, causing a kernel oops when no capability is returned. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and MediaTek mt7925 Wi-Fi hardware; systems without that hardware are unaffected.
