GPU job interruption via wrong CCCB space check

Command-buffer validation in Linux allows local users to interrupt PowerVR GPU jobs through paired geometry and fragment submissions. pvr_queue_prepare_job checks space in the geometry CCCB rather than the paired fragment job's CCCB, allowing run_job to proceed and return before writing the full fragment command sequence. Reachability requires an Imagination PowerVR GPU and local submission of paired jobs; the bounded result is kernel warnings and GPU job timeouts.
