Display denial of service via contiguous allocation failure

Denial of service in the Linux kernel before 7.1.6 allows local users to leave AMD GPU displays unusable during driver initialization. The dc_create() path uses kzalloc() for struct dc, so builds exceeding 4 MiB request an unsupported order-11 contiguous allocation and abort amdgpu probing. Reachability requires an AMD GPU and a compiler and kernel configuration that make struct dc exceed the contiguous-allocation threshold.
