Kernel crash via unchecked serial-driver callbacks

NULL pointer dereference in Linux's 8250_mid serial driver allows local users to crash the kernel on affected server platforms. The mid8250_probe() and mid8250_remove() call sites invoke setup and exit callbacks unconditionally after those callbacks were set to NULL. The fault is limited to vulnerable kernels on Denverton, Ice Lake Xeon D, or Snowridge hardware; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the host.
