Resource exhaustion via unmatched RMPP response reassembly

Resource exhaustion in affected Linux kernels allows attackers to disrupt InfiniBand management traffic using RMPP DATA responses. The IB/mad receive path enters ib_process_rmpp_recv_wc before ib_find_send_mad verifies the full transaction ID and source, so unsolicited segments allocate or extend reassembly state. A node on the same InfiniBand fabric can exhaust kernel memory and stall MAD processing, breaking subnet administration and path resolution.
