Launcher injection via world-writable local directory

Incorrect directory permissions in nano on affected Red Hat platforms allow local users to inject a malicious .desktop launcher through ~/.local. In src/history.c, nano requests mode 0777 rather than 0700 when creating ~/.local, while the later ~/.local/share creation correctly uses 0700. Exploitation requires a permissive umask and a race by another local user; a processed attacker-supplied launcher can cause unintended actions or disclose information.
