Kernel panic via stale IPTFS mode callbacks

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 6.14 through 7.2-rc3 allows local users to crash the system through a failed IPTFS state setup. In __xfrm_init_state() and clone_state(), failure before mode_data publication leaves x->mode_cbs cached after its temporary module reference is dropped, so deferred garbage collection dereferences the callback table after xfrm_iptfs unloads. Reachability requires local access, the IPTFS module, a failed mode initialization or clone, and module unloading before xfrm_state_gc_task runs.
