Local service interruption via unchecked FTM preamble

Improper input validation in Linux kernel cfg80211 allows local users to interrupt service via a malformed PMSR FTM request. The PMSR FTM parser accepts a preamble beyond the nl80211 enumeration and uses it as the shift count in a capability BIT test instead of rejecting it through the nested attribute policy. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access; published evidence establishes availability impact but does not identify whether the resulting failure is a hang, crash, or reboot.
