Kernel crash via Bluetooth connection pointer race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel Bluetooth hci_sync component allows adjacent unauthenticated attackers to trigger a kernel crash. hci_conn_hash lookups return RCU-protected connection pointers that hci_sync dereferences after leaving read-side critical sections, permitting concurrent deletion. Reachability requires Bluetooth adjacency and a race during connection handling; the published record does not establish reliable code execution.
