Local privilege escalation via CAN raw-socket race

Race condition in Linux beginning with 6.18 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via concurrent CAN raw-socket calls. The raw_setsockopt() path updates shared raw_sock flag bitfields without locking, allowing a racing bind() update to be lost and leaving a stale receiver entry after socket release. Basic local access is sufficient; the resulting use-after-free exposes kernel memory, enables attacker-influenced writes, and can panic the system.
